Set in a peaceful location north of Olbia, in the village of Rudalza, Villa Speranza is just a 6-minute drive from Marinella Beach (3.3 km). This beautifully furnished holiday home offers a spectacular sea view and features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 5 guests.
The child-friendly house includes air conditioning, satellite TV, and a cot. Bedroom 1 has a double bed for 2 guests and a single bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Outside, you'll find a spacious garden with lawn and sea view, an outdoor shower, and a covered terrace with comfortable seating and a dining table.

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa nesta casa de férias! A localização é excelente, a poucos minutos da deslumbrante Costa Esmeralda, com praias paradisíacas e águas cristalinas. A casa é confortável e bem equipada. Os quartos sao espaçosos, ideal para familias com crianças. O exterior é muito espaçoso...
Não tinha wifi, o que nao foi grande problema porque tinhamos internet em dados móveis e deu para desenrascar.
