This new spacious 1-bedroom apartment has recently undergone a total renovation.
You will find all you require in the newly fitted and very spacious kitchen.

This apartment consists of a spacious and luminous living room with dining area, kitchen, equipped with everything you might need, bedrooms and family bathroom, and a big and comfrortaable terrace with dining table, chairs and sunbeds to take sun withourt leaving your apartment.
Municipal swimming pools are about 250 m from the apartment.
In the sunniest time of the day, if necessary, the entire terrace can be completely shut down and protected by an unfolding soft-canopy awning.

The popular Sunday and Tuesday market is a only a short walk away.
Only a 50 mins drive will take you to the Vulcano - Mount Teide, and just an hour drive to the fabulous Loro Parque in Puerto de la Cruz.
The town of Cristianos is a fishing village with some lovely fish restaurants and tapas bars.
