With a surface area of 110 m², this south-facing house, which can accommodate up to 8 travellers, is composed as follows: a bright living area with a wood-burning stove opening onto a large, fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, each with its own shower room, 3 separate WCs, as well as a private garden of 2,000 m² and its terrace overlooking the valley.

- The living area is bright and warm with a view of the outside and is furnished with two sofas, two armchairs, coffee tables, a sideboard and a working wood-burning stove.
The dining area includes a large wooden table with 8 seats. - The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped with a counter, 3 high seats, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, hotplates, filter coffee machine and Dolce Gusto machine, toaster, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery. - Bedroom 1 with a large bay window fitted with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), en-suite shower room and WC. On the first floor : - Bedroom 2 with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and en-suite shower room. - Bedroom 3 with queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and its bathroom with shower. - Bedroom 4 with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower. - Separate WC. Outside : - Beautiful 2,000 m² garden with trees and a magnificent view of the Cantal mountains, equipped with a large wooden table for 8 people, benches, parasol and a barbecue to enjoy a sunny meal. - Terrace with a round table, chairs and garden armchairs to admire the vegetation as far as the eye can see during a quiet time. Nearby: - Lac de Gayme at 1.6 km (18 minutes on foot) and Lac Pavin at 10 min by car - Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Park 50.1 km (53 minutes by car) - Puy de Dôme at 51.9 km (52 minutes by car) - Vulcania theme park at 71.6 km (1h2 by car) - Cascade de la Barthe at 5.2 km (11 minutes by car) - Puy de Paillaret at 14.7 km (24 minutes by car) - Super-Besse is 14.1 km (16 minutes by car) - Clermont-Ferrand is 66.1 km (1h11 by car) away Activities : Picherande is an authentic village between the Monts Dore and the Artense plateau where, in summer and winter, nature activities are available to you! Don't miss the peat bogs, a unique and typical vegetation area of the region. In winter, Picherande is like a small mountain village where it is possible to practice snow activities such as cross-country skiing, snowshoeing.
If you go a few kilometres further, it is even possible to reach the Super Besse resort and access a multitude of other sports and activities! Neighbourhood : This pretty house is located in the heart of the countryside, you will appreciate this green environment where calm reigns.
You will find at 500 m, the village and all its conveniences: bakery, butcher's shop, tobacconist's shop, brewery, restaurant, grocery shop, gas station 24/24... Transport : - The car is the preferred means of transport. - Parking: the shelter can accommodate 2 cars, several vehicles can be parked at the back of the house.
