With a surface area of 110 m², this south-facing house, which can accommodate up to 8 travellers, is composed as follows: a bright living area with a wood-burning stove opening onto a large, fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, each with its own shower room, 3 separate WCs, as well as a private garden of 2,000 m² and its terrace overlooking the valley.

- Bedroom 1 with a large bay window fitted with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), en-suite shower room and WC.

- Bedroom 2 with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and en-suite shower room.
- Bedroom 3 with queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and its bathroom with shower.

- Beautiful 2,000 m² garden with trees and a magnificent view of the Cantal mountains, equipped with a large wooden table for 8 people, benches, parasol and a barbecue to enjoy a sunny meal.
