Die Wohnung ist in Top-Lage, Strand in 1 Minute fußläufig erreichbar, die lange Promenade gleich um die Ecke, tolle Aussicht vom Balkon und einem Schlafzimmer.
Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu Wünschen übrig, ramponierte Möbel, der Geschirrspüler ist gar nicht angeschraubt (sobald man seine Tür ganz aufmacht, kippt er raus).
Preislich (anhand dieser Umstände) um ca. 60-70% überteuert.
