Barely 100 metres from the sandy beach of Ahrenshoop, this cosy semi-detached house is situated on a beautifully landscaped, elevated plot with old trees. Its cane roof and wooden porches convey a holiday atmosphere typical of the country.
The living room of the property combines the comfortable TV corner and the stylish dining area with the fully equipped kitchenette. This room receives a lot of light through the large windows of the glass porch. On the same floor - i.e. on the ground floor - there is also a bedroom with a queen-size bed (140x200) and a shower room/WC.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms (with sloping ceilings) and a second shower room with WC as well as a French double bed (140 x 200) and two single beds (80 x 200 each). Both bedrooms have direct access to the large west-facing balcony.
