Casa Bellevue, a holiday home with far-reaching views
The house is located within walking distance (approx. 600 metres) of the town of Moraira with its shops, restaurants and bars. The beaches of El Portet and Moraira are both around 1000 metres away. The views from the pool and terraces to the sea and as far as Calpe to Penon Ifach are captivating.
The Bellevue house changed hands in May 2021. The house was renovated in the first phase in winter 2021 / 2022. The second phase - extension by a 1st floor with bedroom and bath/shower en suite will be completed in March 2023. Bellevue is virtually a new build. Bathrooms, floors, doors, some windows, all beds, mattresses etc. are NEW.
Hot water and electricity are generated with solar energy. Connection for e-cars available.
The infinity pool is approx. 9 x 4 metres in size. The house is on a slope. There is a lift from the garage to the house.
Garage only for small cars such as VW Golf, Ford Fiesta etc.
Infrared ceiling heating in the "Naja" terrace. Electric underfloor heating. Wallbox for e-car.
