Casa Bellevue, a vacation home with a panoramic view
The house is within walking distance (approx. 600 meters) to the town of Moraira with its shops, restaurants, and bars.
The beaches of El Portet and Moraira are each approximately 1000 meters away.
The view from the pool and terraces over the sea and all the way to Calpe's Penon Ifach is captivating. House Bellevue changed ownership in May 2021.
The house was renovated in the first phase during the winter of 2021/2022.
The second phase – the addition of a first floor with a bedroom and en-suite bathroom/shower – will be completed in March 2023.
Bellevue is virtually a new build.
Bathrooms, floors, doors, some windows, all beds, mattresses, etc., are NEW.
Hot water and electricity are generated by solar energy.
An electric car charging station is available. The infinity pool is approximately 9 x 4 meters.
The house is situated on a slope.
There is an elevator from the garage to the house.
The garage is only suitable for smaller cars such as VW Golf, Ford Fiesta, etc.
