The atmosphere, history & beauty of the house with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay including good heating in winter, the lovely tranquil location, the friendliness of the host & the beauty of the region.
Everything was great during our stay, but the booking process was often confusing due to dealing with both Holidu and Belvilla who would send repetitive emails. There were hidden optional costs (such as bed linen if you don't bring your own, heating, wood for burning in winter) which is fair enough...

Heerlijke vakantiewoning met goede voorzieningen, privétuin. Alles is in ruime mate aanwezig en in het voorjaar met verwarmingspakket is het heerlijk toeven. Centraal in Cotentin zijn er drie kusten binnen handbereik. Aanrader.

Ein besonderer Ort: ein altes Jagdschlösschen in einem parkähnlichen Gelände, großzügig, für Liebhaber historischer Details. Gute Lage in der Nähe des angenehmen Städtchens Valognes und zugleich nicht weit von Cherbourg gelegen.
