Half-way between the picturesque town of Theux and spa town of Spa, this comfortable 4-bedroom holiday home awaits you for a weekend, a week, or more. It has a private terrace to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings with your loved ones. The holiday home is perfect for a large family of 9 people or 2 smaller families. Children can have fun on a large trampoline and the whole family can enjoy a petanque court.
The owners have a small restaurant on the road. This will not cause any inconvenience and you can have local meals there. Supermarkets are 2 km away. For an evening stroll, the town center is 4 km. You can plan day trips to Spa, Malmedy, and Stavelot.
The ground floor holiday home has a large living room where you can eat and relax in the corner by the stove. You can spend leisure hours playing a match of billiards with your loved ones. There's a stream running at the bottom of the garden and at the back there are woods, to experience true nature. On request, you get a children's bed and a high chair. Parking is provided.

Es war praktisch, dass die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher bereits mit Batterien ausgestattet war. Die offene Küche eignete sich gut für schnelle Mahlzeiten. Das große Wohnzimmer bot genügend Raum zur Entspannung nach Ausflügen in der Umgebung.

Better than I expected at this price point. Stream by the garden added something extra relaxing after busy days exploring Spa and Malmedy. The nearby walking paths offered great opportunities to enjoy nature, parking easy to find around back.
