Spacious apartment completely renovated and decorated, blending modern furniture with the original hydraulic floors of the house.
It is located in a historic building in Málaga, next to the iconic Teatro Cervantes. Upon entering, you are greeted by a high-ceilinged space featuring a modern and spacious kitchen, separated from the living-dining room by a long table with high chairs.
From the living-dining room, you can access a small balcony with views of the famous Teatro Cervantes. This area divides the apartment into two sections.
On one side, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom; on the other side, there are 2 more bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds (150x200 cm), and the other bedroom has 2 single beds (90x190 cm), allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 8 people. With a prime location, the apartment is next to Picasso’s birthplace, offering a wide range of cultural and gastronomic options, as well as the famous Málaga Film Festival. The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them.

If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests.

Great location in Malaga Old Town: away from hustles and bustles yet close to everything. Well equipped apartment in secured building with clean and spacious rooms. Bathrooms are nice very nice too. Strongly recommended.
