Come to discover this modern and cosy apartment of 54 m ² in sea front and completely redone! Located in a quiet area of Courseulles-sur-Mer, you will be seduced by its sea view and its direct access to the beach!
You will have all the necessary comfort for a successful stay in family or between friends: a living room to enjoy a good dinner in front of the sea, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower-room as well as a loggia on the south side.

The apartment : Located on the 1st floor accessible by elevator, the accommodation is composed as follows: Day space: - A through living-dining room (north/south) with a sofa that converts into a double bed, a coffee table, a TV, board games, reading as well as a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 people and access to the loggia. - A kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, Tassimo pod coffee maker and filter coffee maker... Night space: - A large bedroom with a double bed, a large closet and direct access to the loggia through a large bay window - A shower room with a shower, a basin and storage space. - Separate WC. Outside : - An openable loggia of 5 m² facing south, furnished with a table and chairs. - Private parking space - Bicycle room in the residence Nearby: This apartment has a splendid sea view and direct access to the city beach.

Endroit merveilleux, vue superbe , équipement moderne et au top, arrivée et départ en totale autonomie, appartement propre
Lit extrêmement confortable
Une connexion internet ne serait pas du luxe , petite coquille dans le mail d'accueil, il s'agit d'une cafetière dolce gusto et non d'une Tassimo, j'avais acheté les mauvaises dosettes
