- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, small appliances...)
- upstairs, a corridor separating two bedrooms, one with a 160cm wide bed, the other 140cm wide, closets and shutters
- a bathroom with "Rain Shower".
Wifi access is free.
Outdoors
- a living room giving onto a terrace equipped with a sunshade, an outdoor sofa for 5 people, an armchair and a coffee table allowing you to enjoy the outside

Behind a very nice private hotel on the famous Boulevard Sévigné, this former stable renovated in 2021 will allow you to be close to the city center (Place Hoche) while letting you enjoy the quietness of this house cut off from the tumult of the city.
Buses and the metro are less than 10 minutes away on foot. The closest station is Sainte-Anne, a few stops from the Gares station (accessible in 5 minutes via the metro).
If you come by car, the Hoche parking lot is less than 5 minutes away by foot.

Beaucoup de charme pour cette maison
À proximité d’un magnifique parc et du centre-ville à pied.
Bien équipée (salon, cuisine avec lave vaisselle, four, micro-ondes …)
Au calme
Les commandes de lumière et notamment de l’escalier dans l’entrée peu pratiques, un interrupteur va et vient aurait été plus adapté.
Hauteur sous plafond faible pour les personnes de grandes tailles.

Logement très agréable et parfaitement situé. Très bien équipé pour un court comme un long séjour. Je recommande fortement.
Malgré tout, comme certain commentaire le dise : attention à l’escalier qui est dangereux avec enfant en bas âge. L’accueil a été très succinct et sans trop d’explication. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêcher d’apprécier la qualité des lieux 😊

Superbe logement, très bien situé, je le recommande chaleureusement.
La seule critique est l'arrivée qui est peu flexible. J'ai du attendre plus de deux heures avec mes valises, car il n'est pas possible d'avoir accès plus tôt au logement.
