Our house is located on the outskirts of Walchsee (approx. 10 minutes on foot to the center), in a quiet, open location with a wide view of the Kaiser Mountains.
Coziness is at home here, and the hustle and bustle of everyday life has never penetrated the Kaiserwinkl region. Child-friendliness is very important to us. A playroom and a playground are available for our young guests.
In summer, you can relax with hikes, mountain tours, alpine pasture visits, or simply spend a lazy day by the lake.
In winter, the well-groomed cross-country ski trail passes directly by the house. Our comfortable apartments are all equipped with cable TV and Wi-Fi. Included services: Electricity, heating, bed linen, car parking Pets are allowed on request: a one-time final cleaning fee of EUR 50.00 per pet. Exclusive: Tourist tax EUR 2.60 per night/person aged 15 and over. How to reach us: Drive into the center of Walchsee and turn left before the Hotel Das Walchsee onto "Hausbergstraße". Then follow the road straight ahead for approx. 1000 m until you discover our house on the left side.

Eine gemütliche große Ferienwohnung, gute Lage und tolle Aussicht vom Balkon. Ein freundlicher Empfang von sympathischen Gastgebern, auch der Brötchenservice war optimal. Direkt von der Unterkunft kann man zu einigen schönen Wanderrouten starten.
