The Mitterer-Egger holiday apartments are quietly and sunnily located on the edge of the forest with a magnificent view of the Wilder Kaiser, far from the main road.
They are an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling tours, and cross-country skiing tours.
We offer our guests a terrace with barbecue facilities and a playground for children.
Our apartments are equipped with 1 or 2 bedrooms, a living/bedroom, a kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, TV, shower/WC, washing machine, and balcony.
Pets are allowed for EUR 5.00 per night, excluding food. INCLUDED: SchwimmCard Kaiserwinkl (free admission to the Kössen Adventure Forest Pool/East Bank & Walchsee Promenade/Reit im Winkl Outdoor Pool), bed linen, electricity, pets allowed for EUR 5.00 per night, excluding food. Exclusive: Local tax EUR 2.60 per night/person aged 15 and over. At the Kössen roundabout, turn right towards Schwendt, drive through the village center for approx. 3 km towards St. Johann.

Die ruhige Lage mit viel Natur hat uns sehr gefallen. Ideal zum wandern oder Rad fahren.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung entspricht nicht den Bildern des Gastgebers. Im Wohnzimmer stehen 2 dunkle Schalensessel und eine helle Couch. Die Sitzfläche der Couch ist mit einer Decke abgedeckt um den stark verschmutzen Zustand zu verdecken. Die Küchenzeile sowie die Elektrogeräte sollten auch von Zeit zu Zeit mal intensiv gereinigt werden. Für uns war es sehr unhygenisch.

Hier ist ein Urlaub möglich, der für jeden etwas zu bieten hat. Guter Kaffee mit Blick auf den Wildern Kaiser, Wandertouren und Action beim Canyoning oder im Kletterpark. Die Unterkunft ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für die vielen Möglichkeiten, die die Regionen Kaiserwinkel aber auch St. Johann bieten.

Sehr nette Vermieter, großer Garten und ein paar Hühner zum bestaunen für die Kinder in absolut ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung war zudem sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt sogar über Annehmlichkeiten wie einen Kaffeeautomaten und eine Waschmaschine. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!
