Dependance in villa with beautiful outdoor spaces shared with the owners: a large garden, a circular outdoor jacuzzi and an in-ground swimming pool, as well as several sunbathing areas with deckchairs, cushions and gazebos.


The indoor spaces are limited but well organised: the living area has a sofa bed with TV, a table with chairs and a mezzanine with a double futon bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to prepare delicious meals. A bathroom with shower completes the accommodation.

In front of the entrance to the annexe there is a canopy furnished with a very large table where you can organise lunches and dinners in the open air, overlooking the pool and garden, with the possibility of also using an outdoor kitchen and barbecue.

The exteriors are also completed by a bathroom and a shower, both with cold water only.

*In the villa there is also a cat and a dog, which will be enclosed in a pen during the guests' stay.

*The swimming pool is open from 15 April to 17 October.

Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white colour of the sand. On the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, some 30 km away, we find beautiful unspoilt and inaccessible beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Fauna Oasis and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauty as well as its landscape, are definitely worth a visit. Not to be overlooked are Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to be explored and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures to fill your eyes with.
