The living area comprises a bright living room with a sofa bed and an armchair bed, a fireplace (currently non-usable), TV, and a large French door opening onto the entrance garden.

The separate, well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a kettle. The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom with a large wardrobe and another bedroom with two single beds and a clothes rack.

Completing the interior are two bathrooms: one full bathroom with a shower and another with a toilet and washing machine. Externally, the accommodation features a patio furnished with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, tables, chairs, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating are also available to guests. The area is excellent for a relaxing and peaceful stay, just 350 meters from the beach and within walking distance of all essential services. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the most beautiful equipped beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white color of the sand.

Within the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa.

Further south, about 30 km away, you will find beautiful wild and rugged beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo.

For culture enthusiasts, be sure to visit the Greek Theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi Museum, and also the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical, cultural, and scenic beauty.
