The flat has a double bedroom with frontal view of the lake, finely furnished and equipped with TV.
The living room consists of a comfortable sofa bed, a flat screen TV with international channels, dining table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, oven, induction plate, microwave, electric kettle, citrus juicer, coffee machine and toaster.
From the living room there is access to the beautiful private terrace which enjoys a magnificent view of the lake; equipped with a table and chairs for morning breakfasts admiring the sunrise.
Bathroom complete with modern shower cubicle, washbasin with mirror and washing machine.
Oriolo also has a small private garden and a convenient cellar for storing bicycles.
Free Wi-Fi connection is available.
Tourist tax: € 1,00 per person (from 14 years) per day to be paid in cash on arrival
It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the electricity of the house.
