A few minutes walk away you will find bars, shops and restaurants. In the port of Portals Nous you will find the most famous restaurants in Mallorca, but if you want more variety or more simplicity, the city of Palma, a 15min drive away, offers a wide range of bars and restaurants.

In the photos you can see the beautiful swimming pool next to the garden where you can enjoy a barbecue on the garden table. The property is completely fenced.

The independent gas kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and juicer.




Reservation Conditions


- Visitors must pay a deposit before arrival of 500,00 Euros, to be returned after departure.




- Tourist Tax: 2,2€/adult/night to be paid on arrival in cash.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the property. If you wish you may smoke outside and please ensure that you do not leave cigarette butts on the ground.




- Please maintain order and cleanliness at all times.



- You will be responsible for any rubbish generated during your stay. Please separate your rubbish into the appropriate containers and place it in the designated place.



- Use the air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also be sure to close windows and doors so that hot or cold air does not escape.



- No parties or events are allowed in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
