Large and charming holiday house in the small community of Verrastranda.
The house is located in a peaceful environment by the owner's own house, and has a panoramic view of the fjord and the scenery surrounding it.
You can sit on the porch and enjoy the silence and the spectacular view. 175 metres to the fjord, which is rich with fish and known for having cod.
A roadway leads down to the fjord and you can park your car 4 metres from the dock.
Enjoy an outdoor barbecue with benches and tables by the dock.
A 14,5 ft boat with 8 hp motor and life jackets is included in the rent.
Rent a 15 ft boat with 10 hp motor and life jackets, NOK 200 per day.
Rent an extra 14 ft boat with 25 hp motor and life jackets NOK 300 per day.
THE BOATS ARE AVAILABLE BETWEEN MAY 1ST AND OCTOBER 1ST.
The house is charmingly decorated and has 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and a toilet on the 1st floor.
After exciting days on the water, you can snuggle up in front of the fire place.
There are several hiking trails and fishing lakes - remember to buy a fishing license.
The area is known for its rich wildife and birdlife.
You can also go berry picking.
This is a great starting point for day excursions around Trondheimsfjorden.
Steinkjer is 1 hour away and Trondheim is 2 hours.

sehr großes Haus, gut eingerichtet.Man findet alles was man braucht, auch wenn man manchmal etwas suchen muss.Sehr freundlicher, immer hilfsbereiter Vermieter mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen.Wer Angeln oder Bootfahren will, muss vorher mit dem Auto zur Anlegestelle.Der Seitenarm des Trondheimfjordes hat eine beeindruckende Umgebung und ist recht fischreich.Wir werden wieder kommen!!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön. Wir fanden alles aufgeräumt und praktisch. Es ist nicht das ikea design sondern sehr gemütlich, zich unterschiedliche Stühle, rustikal einfach sehr heimelig. Wir hatten nicht die Erwartung etwas hochmodernes zu bekommen sondern etwas einfaches und wurden nicht enttäusc...

We had an amazing time at the holiday home in Follafoss! The view of the fjord from the porch was simply stunning, and we spent hours just soaking it in, The house was spacious enough for our group of ten, and the kids loved the garden area, Definitely a place we'd return to,
