Ordentliche Ausstattung mit feinen Details.
Aufzug vorhanden, sehr gut.
Im Geschirrspüler war noch etwas benutztes Besteck.....ebenso schmutziges Geschirr im Schrank und der Geschirrspüler war defekt (Heizung) Techniker war schnell da aber Ersatzteil muss ja erst bestellt werden, zudem unangenehmer, fischiger Geruch aus dem Gerät.
Leider nur 1 Parkplatz vorhanden für die grosse Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist toll und mit sehr schönem Blick auf die Ostsee.
