The family-run three-star Hotel Alpenrose is located in a quiet, sunny, and central position, just a two-minute walk from the lake, directly at the cross-country ski track entrance, the start of walking and hiking trails, and close to the golf course.
The individually furnished rooms are all accessible by a passenger lift. Our restaurant offers the right atmosphere to truly enjoy our excellent cuisine.
From Monday to Saturday, the kitchen team will spoil you with their culinary skills.
Our spacious wellness sauna area and relaxation room with a view of the Achensee offers you a quiet retreat on 250m² to regenerate and gather strength after an active day. If you book with half-board, half-board (breakfast and dinner menu) is included in the room price from Monday to Saturday, and only breakfast on Sunday.
On Sunday, our day of rest, we close our kitchen after breakfast. Inntal Autobahn A12 (toll sticker required), exit Wiesing/Achensee, Achensee-Bundesstraße B181, after 7 kilometers turn off in the center of Maurach towards Pertisau.
A toll-free journey via the Achenpass or Bad Tölz is also possible.
From Munich to the motorway exit Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achenpass or Bad Tölz – cross the border via Achenkirch and Maurach to Pertisau. Arrival by public transport: Take the train to Jenbach station.
From there, take the public bus to Achensee.

The nearest airports are Innsbruck (50km), Munich (approx. 140km), and Salzburg (approx. 150km).
