Our house, quietly and centrally located in the Neder district, offers beautiful nature, a wealth of opportunities for sports and active pursuits, or simply for relaxation.
The free ski bus to the Stubai Glacier is just a 3-minute walk away.
Cozy and sunny hiking trails, cycle paths, as well as an idyllic cross-country ski trail and toboggan run pass by our house.
You can reach the valley station of the Elferlifte lifts and the center of Neustift village in just a 15-minute walk.
The Kampl landscape lake with a large playground and restaurant is also nearby. Freundlicher Empfang durch die Vermieterin. Sehr gepflegte und sehr saubere Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Selbst Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. sind vorhanden.
