Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: living room with fitted kitchen, small veranda opening onto the terrace. 1st Floor: 2 bedrooms with excellent bedding (1 140x190 bed) (1 140x190 bed), bathroom (shower) and separate toilet. 2nd floor: an attic bedroom (1 90x190 bed) and 1 bedroom with sea view and TV (1 140x190 bed), separate toilet with washbasin.

Hikers will be delighted: they can join the GR34 from the beach and discover the Pointe du roselier.
If you practice water sports, you will reach the large Rosaires beach 4.3 km away with its nautical center and all its entertainment in season. 9 km from Saint-Brieuc, 18 km from the Binic marina and its beaches.

Tolles Haus, hat alles, was man braucht. Lage ist direkt am Strand, das Dorf ist mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett, die Übergabe und Abgabe des Hauses war sehr kurz und problemlos.

locayion parfaite, g^ite avec un grand jardin, seulement l'équipement de la cuisine était vraimant très décevante et pauvre. (Poele de'une qualité inférieure) Néanmoins notre vacance était vraiùetn très très bon

Gîte idéalement situé, à quelques centaines de mètres d'une jolie plage (avec petit restau sympa). Le gîte est très agréable, bien équipé et dispose d'un grand jardin. La région est superbe avec pas mal de sites à visiter aux alentours. Nous avons passé une semaine extra !
