The cottage offers you:

- a kitchen, a separate toilet with hand basin
- a master bedroom (1 160 cm bed) with adjoining private bathroom
Upstairs :
- 2 bedrooms (2 90 cm beds and 1 140 cm bed)
- a bathroom, a separate toilet and a room converted into a laundry room with the washing machine
Outside, you will enjoy enclosed grounds of 650m²: a garden and a terrace. Private parking (2 spaces) at the rear of the cottage.
The owners live behind the cottage (not overlooked)
The cottage is equipped with fiber. Séné has some great discoveries in store for you. Its 110 km of coastal paths and country lanes have been developed so that you can discover and admire all year round, during your walks, its different facets: the Gulf of Morbihan and its superb panoramas, its beaches and coves, its islands accessible by boat or on foot. Port Anna, a small picturesque port, will allow you to embark on a cruise on the Gulf. At 1200m from the cottage, the beach of Montsarrac will be perfect for your lazy days and swimming! Séné is also an ornithological reserve in the heart of a regional natural park. 7 km away, Vannes, a town of art and history, welcomes you to its medieval walled town.
