The cottage offers: On the ground floor: - a living room with lounge and sitting area - a kitchen, a separate toilet with washbasin - a master bedroom (1 queen-size bed) with en-suite shower room Upstairs: - a bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm) - a bedroom with one double bed (140x190cm) - a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a utility room with a washing machine Outside, you can enjoy a garden and a terrace on a 650m² enclosed plot.
Private parking (2 spaces) is available at the rear of the cottage.
The owners live behind the cottage (no overlooking).
The cottage has fiber optic internet access.

Its 110 km of coastal paths and country lanes have been developed so that you can discover and admire all year round, during your walks, its different facets: the Gulf of Morbihan and its superb panoramas, its beaches and coves, its islands accessible by boat or on foot.
Port Anna, a small picturesque port, will allow you to embark on a cruise on the Gulf.
At 1200m from the cottage, the beach of Montsarrac will be perfect for your lazy days and swimming! Séné is also an ornithological reserve in the heart of a regional natural park. 7 km away, Vannes, a town of art and history, welcomes you to its medieval walled town.

Tout était parfait. Très belle maison, lumineuse très propre rien ne manque. Nous avons profité de ls belle terrasse ensoleillée. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour les locataires pour rendre leurs vacances inoubliables. Merci
