Modern flat in the historical centre of Noto with panoramic terrace.


Just a few metres from the municipal theatre, surrounded by the baroque of the historical buildings and the sumptuous churches is our recently renovated flat. The entrance opens onto the living area with TV and comfortable sofa bed and to the left is a well-equipped kitchen with dining table. The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with balcony. A bathroom and a small laundry room complete the interior. Finally, a door in the living area leads to the large terrace with a wonderful view over the roofs of Noto. Equipped with table and sunshade, it is perfect for eating al fresco!


Not far away you will find the beaches of Lido di Noto, the Nature Reserve of Vendicari as well as the Fontanarossa airport of Catania at about 90 km: a definitely ideal location not only to explore the beautiful town of Noto, but also to move around and discover the beautiful places of Eastern Sicily.

Also called the capital of Baroque, the historic centre of Noto was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2002. Among the protected assets is the Cathedral of Noto, the city's most important place of Catholic worship. Also in the city centre, don't miss the Palazzo Ducezio, a true gem of Baroque architecture that houses the famous Sala degli Specchi (Hall of Mirrors). Towards the coast is the natural oasis of the Calamosche beach, declared in 2005 as the 'most beautiful beach in Italy' for its crystal-clear waters.


The airport of Catania Fontanarossa is about 90 km from Noto, that of Comiso Pio La Torre 80 km.
