Living Room

The first floor living room is accessed via a staircase from the ground floor. Open plan with the kitchen and dining area it is bright and airy with two contemporary linen sofas and a petrol blue wingback armchair. Additional furniture pieces include a central coffee table and television cabinet with flat screen TV and CD player. Design elements include a driftwood base floor lamp and mirrored fish wall sculpture as well as a decorative gas fireplace. A large sliding door flows out on to the furnished terrace which has incredible views of both the harbour and marina


Dining Room

Open plan with the kitchen and living room on the first floor, the dining area is furnished with a large table and seating for six


Kitchen

Open plan with the living room, the Shaker-style kitchen features dove grey units and a breakfast bar with seating as well as ample storage and worktop space. Appliances include a gas oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle


Utility-room

Situated on the ground floor the utility room houses a washer / dryer


Master Bedroom

Located on the ground floor, this beautiful room features a king-size bed with two bedside tables and bespoke driftwood reading lamps. The room has wonderful harbour views as well as its own spacious en-suite shower room


Bedroom Two

The delightful second bedroom is situated on the ground floor and is furnished with a double bed and bedside tables with lamps as well as a chest of drawers. This room has lovely views over the harbour


Bedroom Three

Situated on the ground floor, this bedroom is furnished with 3 foot bunk beds so is suited to children. It has a beach-hut inspired stand alone wardrobe and a small selection of cuddly toys


Family Bathroom

This bathroom, painted in sea-glass green, features a bathtub with shower over and a glass shower screen as well as an ornamental porthole mirror, hand basin and pedestal, towel rail and WC


Bathroom Two

This bathroom is the en-suite to the master bedroom and features a large, curved corner shower cubicle with rain head, a hand basin and cabinet, towel rail, mirror and WC


Outside

Elevated above the harbour and with sweeping views over to the marina, the decked terrace is the perfect place from which to take in the vibrancy of harbour town life below. Furnished with a table and four chairs, guests can enjoy breakfast or evening drinks while taking in the views


Parking

Parking for one vehicle is provided in the Brixham Marina Car Park (about 500 yards from the property). Please note that this is on a first come first served basis.

Whilst on street parking in the area is scarce (especially during peak holiday times) Brixham offers a few long stay car parks

With what can only be described as near-iconic status thanks to Sky Atlantic's Fish Town, Brixham is packed with a variety of wonderful restaurants, many of which offer the fresh seafood that has been caught in its very own waters. Ice cream shops, cafes and pubs are a-plenty, as are the gift shops and boutique stores, all arranged in colourful eclecticism around the harbour and marina. Within just a short drive from the town are some of Torbay’s best beaches including Broadsands and Goodrington, although locals prefer a scenic stroll along the seafront to the hidden Fishcombe Cove for a dip in the sea.
