It is only 2 minutes walk from the leisure area of Platja d'Aro and the beach. It has a total capacity for 6 people with two bedrooms and a complete bathroom.

The dining room has TV and air conditioning, as well as a comfortable sofa and dining area equipped with table and chairs. The living room gives direct access to the terrace where you can enjoy the tranquillity of the area with your family.

The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.

Bedroom 1: double with double bed (180 x 200) with wardrobes, sea views and direct exit to the terrace.

Bedroom 2: double with two single beds (90 x 200) with wardrobes.

The bathroom with shower is at the entrance of the flat.

The terrace is spacious, has a table with chairs ready to enjoy meals with family or friends. It also has a corner with chill-out sofas ideal for having a cocktail enjoying the magnificent views.

Included is a parking space in the communal car park located just below the building. Apart from this there is a lift, building porter and bicycle parking. A garden area with swings, a pétanque court and two ping-pong tables offer various activities for both adults and children.
