This authentic stone house was designed with great care using traditional stone and wood materials.
It consists of a first floor and another floor connected by an interior staircase. On the second floor you have two bedrooms and a bathroom. From one of the bedrooms you have access to a nice small terrace, where you can enjoy the first cup of coffee in the morning. On the first floor you will find a living room with kitchen and dining room and another bathroom.
The fenced garden is dominated by a swimming pool with a large sun terrace and a lawned area with facilities for children, sports and entertainment.
The location of the Feirenhaus allows you to reach in a few minutes by car the most beautiful and interesting cities, as well as the sights of the region.

Für uns das perfekte Ferienhaus:Absolut ruhige Lage und in 20 min ist man mit dem Auto sowohl in den Küstenorten Pula , Opatija , Rovinj.... als auch in Motovun und Buzet oder im Ucka Gebirge.Einkaufen und Tanken in der Nähe.Die Ausstattung ist perfekt wie selten und die Vermieter besonders zuvorkommend und sympatisch.Ein Glücksgriff !!!

Sehr schönes Haus. Unsere zwei Wochen Urlaub waren wunderbar, die Vermieter sind dazu sehr aufmerksam und sehr Gastfreundlich. Sehr gute Ausstattung im Haus und dazu noch frische Eier der Gastgeber. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, sehr gerne wieder.

Ein Haus in einer traumhaft ruhigen Lage mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich denken kann.
Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden, vom Grill, über Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher etc. Wir hatten das Glück, überaus zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Vermieter anzutreffen. Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Vielen Dank
