Whether as a couple, with friends, or the whole family – the Achensee Cabin Village offers something for everyone – just give it a try. Here you will find traditional hospitality, a cozy atmosphere, and a comfortable ambiance at a fair price! Our cabin village is located directly at the entrance to the Karwendel Nature Park, amidst a breathtaking mountain backdrop.
It is quietly situated, about a 10-minute walk from the village center and Lake Achensee.
Directly on the cross-country ski trail.
The free regional bus runs hourly between the towns on Lake Achensee. Well-behaved dogs are very welcome. The reception is located in the restaurant, right next to the log cabins.
There you will also receive the key and be shown to your log cabin. Inntal Autobahn A12 (toll sticker required), exit Wiesing/Achensee, Achensee-Bundesstraße B181, after 7 kilometers you will reach the center of Maurach. It is also possible to travel toll-free via the Achen Pass or Bad Tölz. From Munich to the highway exit Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achen Pass or Bad Tölz – across the state border via Achenkirch continue to Maurach. Traveling by public transport: Take the train to Jenbach station.
From there, take the public bus to Lake Achensee.

Das Haus war groß und geräumig. Die Gastfreundschaft war super. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker. Der Spielplatz lud zum Spielen ein. Der Indoorspielplatz gefiel sehr gut. Parkplatz direkt am Haus.
Morgens gab es einen Brötchendienst welcher gut war.
Der Weg bis zum See betrug 10 Minuten. In die Stadt auch 10 Minuten.
Die WLAN Abdeckung war gering. Für die tägliche Recherche nach Ausflügen okay, für mehr leider nicht.

Sehr schönes Häuschen, sehr sauber. Handtücher waren vorhanden. Spülmittel, Spülmaschinen Taps und Geschirrhandtücher waren auch vorhanden. Das gibt es nicht überall. Wirklich super. Auch Holzbriketts und Anzünder für den Kamin standen zur Verfügung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend...
