Our apartment building is located in a fantastic, sunny spot and offers spacious and comfortably equipped holiday apartments for 2 to 6 people, ranging from 45 to 55m². All apartments feature a balcony or garden, satellite TV, internet access (Wi-Fi), telephone, safe, hairdryer, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and a complete set of linens and dishes.
Each apartment includes one underground parking space.
We offer a daily bread roll service. We offer our guests a 20% green fee discount at the Golf & Country Club Achensee in Pertisau. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Inntalautobahn A12 (toll sticker required), exit Wiesing/Achensee, Achensee-Bundesstraße B181, turn towards Pertisau in the center of Maurach after 7 kilometers.
It is also possible to travel toll-free via the Achenpass or Bad Tölz. From Munich to the highway exit Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achenpass or Bad Tölz – across the state border via Achenkirch and Maurach to Pertisau. Arrival by public transport: Take the train to Jenbach station.
From there, take the public bus to Achensee.

Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation zum Gastgeber war zu jeder Uhrzeit möglich. Der angebotene Brötchenservice war super und preislich völlig in Ordnung.
Auf dem Balkon konnte man das Frühstück und auch die Abendstunden super genießen und den Tag ausklinken lassen.
Die Matratzen des Bettes waren etwas sehr weich für unseren Geschmack.
