The offered holiday apartment is on the 1st floor and designed for 2-3 people.
It features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with a single bed. A fully equipped kitchen connects to a dining area and a private living space with a corner bench, satellite TV, and radio.

The balcony is exclusively accessible from this apartment! Not far from the village center and near the southern tip of Lake Achensee lies our centuries-old, carefully renovated former farmhouse.
It radiates peace and security, inviting you to a relaxing stay.
Our house is an ideal starting point for hikes to the lake, into the Rofan mountains, and into the Karwendel range.
Many leisure facilities, such as the Atoll Achensee and the Rofan cable car, are also within walking distance.
On the first floor, we have furnished a cozy holiday apartment.
The private balcony and the large lawn invite you to relax. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Take the Inntal Autobahn A12 (vignette required), exit at Wiesing/Achensee, then take the Achensee-Bundesstraße B181. After 7 kilometers, you will reach the center of Maurach.
It is also possible to travel toll-free via the Achenpass or Bad Tölz. From Munich, take the autobahn to the Holzkirchen exit, then via Tegernsee, Achenpass or Bad Tölz – cross the border and continue via Achenkirch to Maurach. Arrival by public transport: Take the train to Jenbach station.
From there, take the public bus to Lake Achensee.

The nearest airports are Innsbruck (approx. 50km), Munich (approx. 140km), and Salzburg (approx. 150km). Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist optimal – mitten im Ort und somit in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, dem Ufer des Achensees sowie dem Seilift, von dem aus zahlreiche schöne Wanderwege starten. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder
