Set in a carefully renovated former farmhouse that is centuries old, Ferienwohnung Maria Walser is close to the southern tip of Lake Achensee. The 53 m² apartment is on the 1st floor in Maurach and accommodates 2 to 3 guests. Its balcony is accessible exclusively from the apartment, while a large lawn and a shared guest garden offer more space to spend time outdoors.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. A dining area adjoins the fully equipped kitchen, and a separate living area has a corner bench, satellite TV and radio. An oven, refrigerator and dishwasher make meals at home easy to manage. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included.
The location offers opportunities for hikes to the lake and into the Rofan and Karwendel mountains. According to the host, Atoll Achensee and the Rofan cable car can also be reached on foot. In approximate straight-line distances, Lake Achensee is 440 m away, a restaurant is 180 m away and a supermarket is 280 m away.
Shared facilities include parking, bicycle parking, a ski storage room and a drying room. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is from 13:00 to 18:00 and check-out from 07:00 to 10:00. A vignette is required when travelling via the A12; a toll-free journey is possible via Achenpass or Bad Tölz. When travelling by public transport, the journey to Lake Achensee is free upon presentation of your reservation confirmation.

:
