In summer, it is the ideal starting point for countless hikes into our wonderful mountain world and proximity to the lake.
In winter, it's right on the ski slope with three in-house lifts, and the cross-country ski trail starts at the house – this is the perfect place for your vacation! We offer cozy rooms with balconies, lounges, a restaurant with a lake view, a hunting lounge, a terrace, a sunbathing lawn, a children's playroom, a youth room, billiards, darts, a wellness oasis, and underground parking. The Niedrist family warmly welcomes you! Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
Pets are not allowed in the dining rooms during main meal times (7:30 AM - 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM). Bringing your four-legged friend along is not a problem in the public restaurant and café during the day. Half-board can be booked on-site for a fee. Children receive a discount upon request. Inntal Autobahn A12 (vignette required), exit Wiesing/Achensee, Achensee-Bundesstraße B181, after 7 kilometers, turn towards Pertisau in the center of Maurach.
Toll-free travel is also possible via Achenpass or Bad Tölz. From Munich to the highway exit Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achenpass or Bad Tölz – cross the state border via Achenkirch and Maurach to Pertisau. Arrival by public transport: Take the train to Jenbach station.
From there, take the public bus to Lake Achensee.
