This nice villa is set on a well sized plot in the area of Cotobro in Almunecar.
The beautiful natural beach Playa del Cotobro is only a 350 meters walk.
A short walk from the property, there is also a small tennis club.
The sought-after village of La Herradura, which is well-known for its horse shoe shaped bay and the pretty marina, and the lively town of Almunecar are less than a 10-minute drive.
Malaga airport can be reached within an easy 1 hour drive, Granada within an hour and the ski slopes of Sierra Nevada within 1.5 hours making this an ideal location for a permanent or a holiday home. At the entry level, a welcoming hall with large windows covered with the best quality wood will surprise you.
On the right side of the hall, there is a large master bedroom with wooden walls and a large marble ensuite bathroom.
From the bed the views are impressive, it will be a pleasure to wake up with these views! The bedroom gives access to a beautiful terrace and from there, some steps lead up to the partially covered roof terrace, from where the views are simply breathtaking. Back to the hall, on its left side, there is a large, open lounge with high and large windows and design fireplace.
Next to the living room there is a modern kitchen.
