Location is good. Living room is upstairs and bedrooms are downstairs, which is good for family members with different sleeping schedules. Well equipped kitchen, you can find almost everything you need for a short stay.
No lift. stairs are very narrow, which is very dangerous for carrying up big and heavy luggages

Tiene escaleras empinadas y estrechas lo que hace muy difícil subir con maletas grandes o con adultos mayores.
Recommend if you want a central apt in a great spot & can cope with some tricky stairs.

Central. Great location. Spacious. Had everything we needed.
The stairs were a challenge - very steep and awkward. Including inside the apt. But the location was worth it.
