L'emplacement sur le remblai de Pornichet, la proximité de la gare, la présence d'un lave linge,non indiqué sur l'annonce.
Le clic-clac du salon pourrait être remplacé. La réception télé est, par moment, catastrophique. Ne disposer que d'un seul jeu de clés, 2 paraît être le minimum.
