The house offers you on the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room/lounge, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Upstairs with sea view: 3 bedrooms (2 90 cm beds, 1 160 cm bed and 1 140 cm bed), and a bathroom with toilet.
Outside: a furnished gravel terrace and a gravel courtyard for parking cars. Green Up charging point for electric and hybrid vehicles is available.
A garage is at your disposal to store bicycles/motorcycles and beach equipment.
The cottage is located at the edge of the main road (fairly busy during the day) leading to Larmor-Baden. For the safety of children, wooden guardrails prevent direct access to the road from the courtyard and the terrace and access to the cottage is via a road at the back. The owners' house is located behind the cottage (not overlooked). Larmor-Baden in southern Brittany is an active marina and a preserved town in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan. This small, friendly town full of charm, far from the hustle and bustle of the big seaside resorts, will delight young and old! Not to be missed: the Cairn of Gavrinis Island, Berder Island accessible on foot at low tide, boat cruises on the gulf with or without stopover. The town is home to small beaches, including one 100m away, ideal at high tide, and walking routes along the seaside. You will enjoy strolling on the terrace, perhaps tasting oysters on an oyster farm with a view of the sea!
