The apartment is 65 m² and is located on the ground floor of our residential building.
It is a self-contained apartment with a separate entrance, featuring a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
Suitable for 2 people (individuals, couples, or parents with one young child up to a maximum of 6 years old). The apartment is all on one level.
It was renovated in 2020 and lovingly furnished.
Awarded 4 DTV stars**** The kitchen is equipped with all essential utensils and appliances (microwave, espresso machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker). A fridge-freezer combination, a dishwasher, and a convection oven with a ceramic hob and illuminated extractor hood are available.
The shower area in the bathroom is walk-in and barrier-free. The bathroom has a window.
A hairdryer, illuminated medicine cabinet, and cosmetic mirror are provided.
The toilet is separate. The living room invites you to relax with a corner sofa combination (with a sofa bed function). Wi-Fi (up to 100 Mbps), satellite TV (Smart TV, Netflix), and a stereo system (CD, Bluetooth, DAB+) are available for entertainment, alongside books and board games.
A safe with a numerical code is provided.
There is also a desk for activities such as working on your laptop. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a spacious, modern wardrobe.
There is ample space for, for example, a travel cot. A lockable storage room for your luggage or sports equipment, such as bicycles, is available within the apartment. In the outdoor area in front of the apartment, a small seating area with a charcoal grill is available during the summer months.
A free parking space for cars or motorcycles (uncovered) and a bicycle rack are available on our property directly in front of the apartment.
The access from the parking space to the apartment is level. For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Our holiday apartment is located in the center of Limbach, in the so-called "Auf dem Kore" area (= on the "Quince Square"). It is situated in a 30 km/h zone, making it quiet.
Nevertheless, it has a central location; the town center with bakeries, doctors, and shops, etc., is approximately 150 m away. We are bicycle and biker friendly. For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. We cooperate with the winery "KORE Wein und mehr," Laura and Fabian Kerbeck from Deidesheim/Palatinate, and gladly offer selected wines for sale if you are interested.
