Luxury flat in the heart of the city of Gandia, 10km from the beach, ideal for a cultural, gastronomic and beach holiday getaway.



We have equipped it with all the details that characterize a Premium flat taking care of every element of the decoration and pampering all aspects of comfort that will make your stay unforgettable.



The large living room stands out as the main area of the house, with lots of light for its three large windows. On entering you will find a relaxation area, with a 50" Smart TV, free Wifi throughout the house and a very comfortable sofa, where you can watch a good movie.




It has an open kitchen fully integrated into the decoration and with stools for breakfast or a drink with the rest of your family or friends.



We have prepared a long table for up to 8 people next to the window and if you are coming to Gandia for work, we have set up a small corner with a desk next to the window where you can prepare your meeting.



The back area is a very special spot with its armchairs where you can have a good cup of tea or coffee and relax reading one of your books.

We have a bathroom with shower in the lounge/dining room and another one shared by the double bedroom and the twin bedroom. And last but not least we have a small room, but no less cool, with a bunk bed with beds of 190x90cm.



You can park your car in the car park just in front which has a rate of 5€ for 24h, and also a very cheap rate per minute.



Come and discover Gandia, visit the Palau Ducal dels Borgia, the Casa de Cultura known as Casa de la Marquesa, the Convent de Sant Jeroni de Cobalta, visit Xátiva and its castle, Altea,... there is so much to discover.

We will recommend you many of the restaurants in Gandia that you should not miss, because you cannot leave without tasting the international dish of Gandia: La fideua de Gandia.



And enjoy the magnificent Gandia Beach, with its fine sand and Blue Flag beach, and its beach bars, which are not of cultural interest but are highly recommended.
