The Presidente flats in Playa de Gandia are located in the northern part of the beach, or Platja Nord, just a few metres from Playa de L'ahuir.
This is a residential area, with less tourist density. You'll find the sailing area where children and adults can take windsurfing, kayaking and paddle surfing classes. There are even paddle surf yoga classes first thing in the morning.
The flat is located on the third floor. It has been refurbished and has ducted air conditioning in the living room as well as in the rest of the rooms. Free WIFI for teleworking and leisure.

In winter it is equipped with duvets. Ducted heating.
