In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to cook like at home, and all the amenities such as a dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster and American fridge.
Three nicely decorated bedrooms can accommodate up to six people, and air conditioning in all of them.

It is on the seventh floor and occupies the whole floor, with no neighbours on either side.
You will enjoy one of the best terraces on Gandia beach. It is 63m2 and borders the whole flat. The front part has a roof and we have glazed it for the days when the wind picks up a bit and to be able to enjoy it also in the few cooler months. The rest of the terrace is unroofed and this gives a feeling of freedom in front of the sea that you can't miss. In the warmer months, it is a pleasure to enjoy eating or sunbathing in the relaxing armchairs.
It also has a privileged location due to its proximity to the port and the large number of services available in the surrounding area.

La ubicación enfrente del mar, la terraza descubierta y la cubierta, que permite su uso tanto si llueve, como si refresca.
El apartamento muy bien, bien equipado con lo necesario para la estancia.
