The Accommodation, Layout and Equipment

The flat in Playa de Gandía has 2 bedrooms.

Accommodation of 55 m² tastefully furnished and fully equipped, with sea views from the terrace and the swimming pool.


The flats have been completely refurbished in keeping with our line, new from top to bottom to make your stay perfect.


When you open the door of the flat you will find the living-dining room, an open and spacious area where you will be very comfortable. We have placed a 2.80m sofa with a depth of 110cm in case a child wants to sleep (it is not a sofa bed). In front of the sofa, a 49" TV with international satellite channels (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French, Russian).

We have free wifi and air conditioning with heating in the whole flat.

We have put a round table ideal for 4 people to eat with different chairs with wicker/bamboo lamps to give this mediterranean style.


The kitchen follows the minimalist line, doors without handles and integrated appliances that make it so elegant. White tones and fine woods. It has a toaster, electric juicer, Italian and American coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, wine glasses, kettle... everything you may need.


We find the 2 bedrooms separated by the bathroom, a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, with rain shower head. It has a hairdryer. All the elements have been taken care of and we have played a lot with the black colour which has given it this elegance.


The double bedroom has a 150x190 bed and TV. The second bedroom has a 190x90 bed.


The terrace, next to the living room, is a very important space and we have furnished it with some relaxing armchairs because that is why we have come here, to relax on our holidays in Gandia. The terrace has an awning.


Leaving the flat you will reach the beach in no time, as well as if you walk in the direction of the port which is 350 metres away.

There is also a Carrefour Express in the area and also a Mercadona, although for fresh fish we will recommend you where to buy it.
