A 10-minute walk will take you to the centre of Aubenas, where you'll find shops, restaurants and services. The Vals les Bains thermal baths are just a few minutes away. The privileged location of the gîte allows you to discover the Monts d'Ardèche and marvel at the south with its unmissable gorges, listed villages and the famous Grotte Chauvet 2.
It comprises a large gîte for 12 people and a small gîte for 2 people, with independent entrance and living areas. The large gîte comprises 2 suites (bedrooms with private shower rooms and WCs), a bedroom with a double bed, a dormitory with 6 bunk beds, a shower room and separate WCs for the bedroom and dormitory. In an independent wing, the small gîte offers additional space on the ground floor with a bedroom with double bed, a shower room and separate WC.
In this renovated stone house, you have all the services and comforts with air conditioning in the bedrooms. With its two terraces, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy the outdoors. On the south side, the area by the pool, under a shady pergola, has a large table, ideal for meals, with barbecue and plancha available. On the north side, there's garden furniture in the shade of the plane tree, where you can relax after a game of pétanque or table tennis.

You'll never be bored here, thanks to the games room with TV, pool table and table football. Everything is included: beds made on arrival, towels provided and end-of-stay cleaning. An ideal gîte for spending quality time with family and friends in a friendly atmosphere.
