The excellent location of our flat means you don't need a car. The promenade, the beach, the numerous cafés, restaurants and the grocery shops are only a few minutes' walk away or you can use the little train along the beaches

Our large communal pool with a beautiful sunbathing area invites you to relax. In addition, our summer kitchen with communal barbecue and seating has been completed next to the pool. The ice cream & drinks vending machine (with Bavarian beers - Helles Augustiner & wheat beer) complete the offer.

Above, on the 2nd floor, are the flats Benni 3, for up to 5 people, and Residence Benni 4, for up to 6 people, Residence Benni 7 is located on the 1st floor and is for up to 6 people, Residence Benni 3, 4 and 7 also have a balcony

The positive situation around the coronavirus pandemic allows us to reopen our flats on 01.05.2021.
The Istria region is now no longer a risk area.
We have drawn up guidelines and strictly adhere to the requirements of the Croatian Tourism Authority.
From now on, cleaning will only be carried out with surface disinfectant on floors, loungers, pool area, handles and wherever else necessary.
We provide disinfectant in every flat.

The pool heating is in operation from the pre-season March to June and from the end of September to mid-November.
The pool will then be heated up to 28 Gard.

The centre of Medulin can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes (approx. 500 metres).
Medulin/Istria is not to be despised even in winter due to its mild climate.
In the surrounding area there are countless sights to explore away from the hustle and bustle.
Our flats are therefore equipped with air conditioning that warms up to 30 degrees and therefore it is also cuddly warm with a panoramic view of the sea
