Cozy one-bedroom apartment with a garden, suitable for a maximum of 4 people.
The ground-floor apartment consists of a double bedroom, a separate kitchenette, a living room with a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower.
The lovely garden, shared by the two apartments, allows you to relax in the heart of the Dolomites.
The separate kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for your holiday, such as a dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, and much more.
Wi-Fi, linens, and towels are provided free of charge.
Important information: According to recent provincial law, this apartment can accommodate a maximum of: - Adults (aged 14 and over): 4 - Any remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years old at the time of departure.
Please note that this regulation is subject to checks by the competent authority, and violation thereof results in very heavy fines.
For this reason, no exceptions can be made under any circumstances.
Chalet Villa Muse offers functional apartments in a very central location in Selva di Val Gardena.
The house is tucked away at the corner of Piazza Nives, meaning the supermarket, restaurants, shops, rental services, bus stop, and more are right outside your door.
In winter, the house is served by the Nives ski slope connection, which reaches within 50 meters of the property, allowing you to reach Villa Muse practically on skis.
The Nives lifts, to start your skiing in the Dolomiti Superski area, are about 400 meters away and connect you to the Sellaronda.
For the Ciampinoi lift, the free ski bus stops right in the square in front of the house and takes you there in just one stop.
In summer, the location is perfect for reaching any type of hiking trail, whether on foot or by bus.
Villa Muse also boasts a lovely shared garden where you can enjoy the Dolomite sunshine.
Guests at Villa Muse will also have free access (upon reservation and subject to availability) to the wellness area of Hotel Alaska **** in Selva di Val Gardena.
A free parking space in the garage is available, as well as Wi-Fi, ski storage, linens, and towels.

Some houses offer remote check-in at the property with code access; please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among these.
Check-out: In person from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the MUSE.holiday office at Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except for houses with access codes).
Not all houses allow pets.
To avoid misunderstandings, please inform us via a separate email if you intend to bring them with you.
For houses where pets are allowed, there is a supplement of €15.00 per pet per night.
A cot, high chair, and bed rail are available for a fee and can be booked in advance.
Check-in after 7:00 PM is possible only upon prior notification by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presentation of the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extras by credit card at check-in.
Heating is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not active if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C).
Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted unless otherwise indicated in the listing.
If permitted, it is available only upon reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at an additional variable cost.
In case of waste of electricity, gas, or other utilities, an additional charge will apply (e.g., lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with windows open).
It is the guests' responsibility to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to allow moisture to escape the apartment and prevent mold formation.
If this rule is not followed and mold is found upon guests' departure, charges will be applied for restoring the apartment's integrity.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down, therefore the service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with food items such as kitchen spices or various consumables like shampoo, soap, etc.
Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
Payments required to access the apartment are the tourist tax + the pre-authorization of the security deposit via SWIKLY of €500.00 by credit card.
If not previously agreed upon, physical keys, the guest card, and other accessories provided at check-in must be returned to the MUSE.holiday office at Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise a €50 charge will apply for key retrieval.
The final cleaning fee covers standard cleaning only.
It does not include washing dishes or removing trash from the apartments to the designated points.
Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, unwashed dishes, and unremoved trash will be subject to an additional charge, based on the extent of the excess work hours.

Before check-in begins, you must complete the online payment of the deposit, which will not be debited from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked.

Wir hatten alle 7 Tage des Urlaubs Probleme mit der Heizung, alle Heizkörper der Wohnung waren bei voll geöffnetem Zustand den ganzen Tag und Nacht kalt, auf Anruf bei der Argentur , täglich nach heimkehr vom Skifahren um 18 Uhr , Beschwerde, Heizkörper wurden 20 Uhr warm und um 22 Uhr wieder kalt ,...
