The house is set back, at the corner of Piazza Nives, thus with a supermarket, restaurants, shops, rental services, bus stop, and more directly in front of the house. In winter, the house is served by the Nives ski slope connection, which goes up to 50 meters from the house, allowing you to reach Villa Muse practically ski-in/ski-out. The Nives lifts, to start skiing in the Dolomiti Superski, are about 400m away and connect you to the Sellaronda.
For the Ciampinoi lift, the free ski bus stops right in the square in front of the house and takes you there in just one stop. In summer, the location is perfect for reaching any type of hiking trail, both on foot and by bus. Villa Muse also boasts a lovely shared garden, where you can enjoy the Dolomite sunshine. Guests of Villa Muse will also have free access (upon reservation and subject to availability) to the wellness area of Hotel Alaska **** in Selva di Val Gardena. A free outdoor parking space is available for one vehicle, and a garage is available upon request for an extra charge, in addition to Wi-Fi, ski storage, bed linen, and towels. To avoid misunderstandings, please inform us by a separate email if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of €15.00 per pet per night.
Cots, high chairs, and bed rails are available for a fee and can be booked in advance. Check-in after 7:00 PM is only possible upon notification by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presentation of the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extras by credit card at check-in. Heating is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not active if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the internal temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C). Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted unless otherwise indicated in the listing.
If permitted, it is available only upon reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable additional cost. In case of waste of electricity, gas, or other utilities, an additional charge will apply (e.g., lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with open windows). It is the guests' duty to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to release humidity from the apartment and prevent mold formation.
If this rule is not followed and mold is found upon guests' departure, charges will be applied for restoring the apartment's integrity. Due to the geographical location, the Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down, therefore the service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with food items such as kitchen spices or various consumables like shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay. Payments required to access the apartment are the tourist tax + the pre-authorization of the security deposit via SWIKLY of €500 by credit card. If not previously agreed upon, physical keys, the benefits card, and other accessories provided at check-in must be returned to the MUSE.holiday office at Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise a fee of €50 will be charged for key collection. The final cleaning fee covers only standard cleaning.
It does not include washing dishes and taking out trash from the apartments to the designated points.
