The property is located in a non-party urbanisation. There should be no noise late at night and no anti-social or disruptive behaviour.



Within the same grounds next to the main house but separate from it, there is a garage with a flat above, which is used as an office and also on occasion by the owner. The main house and this flat are completely separate and do not interfere at all with the tranquility or enjoyment of the property but share the same driveway.
