STEPS FROM THE BEACH.
This is another gem from our collection of apartments in this coveted beachfront resort, boasting a spectacular swimming pool, beautiful gardens, and parking.
The elegantly furnished apartment allows a group of 4 to stay in comfort.
The apartment features free high-speed WiFi and IPTV.
Its exclusive location is just a stone's throw from the promenade (lined with restaurants), and a short stroll from the center of San Pedro. This property offers a comfortable stay along with the great feature of a private terrace, accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom, where you can enjoy the beautiful pool.
Inside you will find a bright living room and dining area with a contemporary design.
The bedrooms are decorated in soft tones with elegant linens and feature a comfortable queen-size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom.
The spacious kitchen includes a traditional filter coffee maker and a Nespresso capsule machine, everything you need to prepare your meals, as well as a table and chairs for breakfast. Please note that during certain times of the year, the views from the terrace may be obscured or partially obscured by surrounding trees.
The extent to which the views are affected depends on the community's pruning schedule, as well as weather conditions such as rainfall and sunshine, which influence the growth rate.
As the maintenance and pruning of these trees are handled by the community, this is unfortunately outside of our control.

This prestigious development is perfectly located for families right opposite San Pedro beach and the fabulous promenade, dotted with many alfresco cafes-restaurants and unpretentious beach bars, most of them offering Mediterranean cuisine and, of course, the ubiquitous tinto de verano to quench your thirst (a red wine spritzer). The palm-lined promenade is a great place for a leisurely stroll.
Early in the morning, it is idyllic, with the sun rising over the sparkling blue Mediterranean Sea. You could get used to this lifestyle.
The promenade also connects to Puerto Banús, and it is possible to walk to Marbella along the promenade. Or mingle with the locals and soak up the vibrant atmosphere in the town of San Pedro de Alcántara, just a 10-minute walk from Las Adelfas.

If you fancy a few holes, try Guadalmina’s public driving range (located near the Barceló Hotel). The road to Ronda begins in San Pedro so experienced cyclists can enjoy a challenging yet beautiful ride.

Las Adelfas is a very nice place, calm,secure and well organized! We had two fine weeks with fantastic weather and as always very nice surroundings and nice restaurants in San Pedro. And last but not least, very good and personal service as always from Colleen!

This was our third stay on Las Adelfas and our second in this apartment. We have family in San Pedro and this is our favourite place to stay when visiting, as the location is amazing and it's a beautiful complex - and lots of great restaurants in walking distance. The hosts are always brilliant to deal with and quick to respond to any issue.

The flat was spacious, spotlessly clean and in the best location across from the beach and the boardwalk, and a short walk to all San Pedro has to offer. Colleen and Thomas are lovely to work with.
