The flat, located on the second floor of a building with lift, is very cosy. The entrance leads to the living area, equipped with a spacious sofa bed, perfect for two additional guests, and a fantastic little balcony where you can enjoy relaxing with a view over the characteristic rooftops of Bologna's historic centre. The kitchenette, recently renovated, is equipped with all the utensils and appliances useful during your stay, including a microwave oven and dishwasher. The double bedroom is bright and tastefully furnished, decorated with a wall in shades of yellow and equipped with a reading desk, as well as a brand new smart TV with Netflix access. The bathroom has new sanitary fittings, a tempered glass shower cubicle and a washing machine. Guests have at their disposal comforts such as free Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning.

*The city centre is a Limited Traffic Zone so we recommend leaving your car in one of the many car parks and enjoying the historic centre on foot.

Never to be missed are Giambologna's Neptune Fountain and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli and Garisenda Towers, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the numerous museums, galleries and religious buildings.

It is impossible to leave Bologna without tasting its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, and Bolognese sauce accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi!

At 2 minutes from the flat is the Mille bus stop, which takes you to the central train station in 6 minutes. Alternatively, it can also be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The airport is only 15 minutes away by car.
