The flat is located on the third floor of an old Bolognese building, which does not have a lift. The entrance opens onto the living area, completely covered in parquet and embellished by a ceiling with exposed wooden beams, furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed and a flat screen TV. Here there is also a well-equipped new kitchenette complete with microwave, coffee machine and a dining table for four. The bright and comfortable bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and a double bed. The recently renovated bathroom is complete with a splendid shower cubicle. Completing the flat is a small terrace overlooking the rooftops of the city, furnished with a small table and chairs for breakfast outside on fine days.

Available to guests are also comforts such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.
